MEGAN FOX’S DIET

Megan Fox’s diet is a bit more complicated, as she tries to follow a combination of Keto, Paleo, and the Five-Factor diet.

She avoids processed foods, grains, legumes, and other ingredients that can cause her body to go out of ketosis. However, it cannot be easy to plan and manage such a diet.

She does it, and she eats five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks.

Megan used to be a strict vegan, but she had to give up after losing too much weight. This type of diet is not for everyone, so Megan now eats a little bit of everything. It’s better for her health and body.

BREAKFAST

Megan considers breakfasting her most important and favorite meal of the day. It gives Megan the energy and nutrients to exercise and keep up with her energetic children.

DINNER

Dinner is similar to lunch. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and other beneficial vitamins to help her body stay lean. She’ll eat a salmon filet grilled with tons of seasonal vegetables if she doesn’t eat salmon for lunch.

She will have salmon sashimi with steamed and lightly salt edamame and a cup of miso soup on other days.

SNACKS

Megan eats five small meals each day. Two of them are snacks. In addition, Megan loves to have a smoothie throughout the day to keep her full and energized.

I know what you are thinking. Smoothies are high in sugar and carbs. And they can be. Megan’s are made with fresh fruits, almond milk, and any protein powder she is currently using.

Almonds are her other favorite snack. These nuts can be used to reduce LDL cholesterol or bad cholesterol.

FOODS SHE AVOIDS

Megan actively avoids gluten, processed ingredients, as well as traditional junk food. She doesn’t do it to stay lean. She doesn’t feel well if she eats carbs, so her primary source of carbohydrates is fruits and vegetables.

CARDIO

She’ll do a lot of cardio at the gym, including a good workout on the elliptical or jogging on the treadmill. In addition, she enjoys going for walks with her children or running on her own when she isn’t at the gym.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Megan does a TON of strength training exercises. Megan is a big fan of traditional resistance training as well as bodyweight training. This helps her to stay toned and build strength, depending on what role she’s playing.

Because it helps her burn calories and fat quickly, she loves weightlifting and resistance training the most. However, her secret to success is in how she does her strength training.

Between exercises, there are very few rest periods. This keeps her heart rate up and allows her to incorporate more cardio into each session. She follows a five-phase plan during each session.

  • Cardio warming up on the treadmill for 5 minutes
  • Alternating knee crunches — 20 reps
  • Do 20 repetitions of knee pushups
  • Burpees — 20 reps
  • Squats — 20 reps
  • Alternating leg lunges — 20 reps
  • Box jumps 20 reps
  • Repeat circuit 4 times
  • Tabata exercise — 8 minutes
  • 5-minute cooling off

She can get approximately an hour of resistance training per session, plus additional cardio moves.

WRAPPING UP: Is HER ROUTINE FOR ME?

Many people will notice improvements in their workout and diet following Megan Fox’s. Megan Fox eats healthy, low-cal, and low-carb meals every day. She also spends time exercising with her children.
